Discover the Transformative Power of Restorative Dental Services

At Hi-Tech Family Dentistry, we offer restorative dental services that not only improve your dental health but also restore the beauty and function of your smile. You can receive:

  • Tooth Fillings – Our white fillings are used to repair cavities and prevent further decay, restoring the tooth’s structure and function.
  • Dental Crowns and Bridges – These prosthetics are designed to replace or cover damaged teeth, enhancing both esthetics and oral health.
  • Inlays and Onlays – Offering a more conservative approach than crowns, these treatments strengthen the tooth’s structure while restoring its shape and preventing further damage.
  • Dentures – For those missing multiple teeth, dentures can dramatically improve your ability to eat and speak, along with restoring your smile’s appearance.
  • Root Canals – A root canal can save an infected tooth, eliminating pain and the need for extraction.
  • Dental Implants – Implants provide a long-lasting solution for missing teeth. They offer a look, feel, and function that’s as close to natural teeth as possible.

There’s no need to feel nervous about any treatment. Ask about our sedation options and amenities if dental care makes you uneasy.

Common Questions About Restorative Dentistry

What does restorative dentistry include?
Restorative dentistry covers multiple dental treatments that are designed to repair or replace your teeth, including tooth fillings, root canal treatment, dental crowns, bridges, dental implants, and full-mouth reconstruction. Our dental experts use restorative dentistry to give you back a beautiful smile and strong bite.
As you might imagine, since restorative dentistry covers a wide range of treatments, the cost can be just as wide ranging. A standard tooth filling is going to cost much less than a full-mouth reconstruction in which we replace all your teeth. Once you come in for your initial exam, we can give you a much better idea of the cost involved for your restorative dentistry.

Maintaining good oral health isn’t just about keeping your teeth and gums clean. You will also need dental treatment if problems arise like tooth decay, cavities, and oral infections. Restorative dentistry is designed to treat those types of problems, many of which can cause pain and disrupt the function of your teeth. This keeps your smile healthy and helps you eat comfortably.

Yes, senior damaged teeth. Depending on your age, if you’ve got teeth missing in between where other teeth are, as you get older, the teeth, they lean against each other. So when you have a missing tooth in there, the other teeth kind of lean, tilt slowly over time into that space. The one above it will slowly drop down. Everything kind of gets out of whack. So if you’re missing, had a tooth pulled when you were younger, now you’re a little older and everything’s kind of moving, we can put either an implant or put a bridge in there to fill in that tooth that’s missing, even a removable appliance if you can’t afford a bridge or an implant. Teeth all kind of, like I say, they lean up against each other so if they’re out of whack, if they aren’t laying up against each other, it can cause your bite to be off. You have less teeth to crush the food, to masticate properly. Cracked teeth, I’ll find where someone is kind of fracturing their tooth. If it’s just on like one side of the tooth, usually it’s not a problem. But if you see a crack on one side, it comes up to a filling, and then you see another crack on the other part of the tooth that comes up to the filling, if those two connect underneath that filling, that whole section can break off or the tooth can split down the middle if cracks are on both sides. And then you’re going to not only have some pain, but that could happen on a weekend where you can’t get in and you’re hurting until you can get in. It could happen. We can prevent that. If you get a crown on a tooth cracked like that, then that holds it together, keeps it from splitting. The reason you don’t want to lose the tooth is like we had talked about before. The teeth all lean up against each other. The back teeth, you don’t see them when you’re smiling at all but they function to crush the food better so you get more nutrition from food that’s masticated with having those teeth. If you are only worried about the front teeth for your smile, then you need to save your back ones too because they take the force off those front teeth so that you can keep them the rest of your life.
